Frank,Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options and then to the Advanced Tab. Reset Internet Explorer to default and then close and reopen it.Also, if you have any tool bars (google, MSN, etc.) you'll want to disable them. I can help you with that.

Sorry it took so long to reply. I became very busy and lost my sense of where and when I wrote the above. I solved the problem by installing a program called Fix It. I now built myself a new computer and my old one is a secondary computer now. Thanks for helping.Frank C.
